Tara Trades Me Twisted Tree Tee for Two Headed Boy Painting

Tara and Rosalie makin' a bARTer Sauce trade

Tara and I often share a space at crafty events and the like so that she can sell shirts to everyone who walks by and Doug and I can sit there, surrounded by Shower Arts and be really supportive of her.

She designs fantastic shirts and screenprints them in her basement in her jammies.

Emmett came over to our studio during the First Thursday Art Walk on my birthday to trade me this awesome Kill You in Your Sleep Teddy Bear Lamp.

I gave him a Single Parent Paper Bag Skeleton Puppet Costume that Brit made in honor of some small paper bag puppets that Emmett traded her about a year ago while they both competed in the Live bARTer Sauce trade made onstage at The People's Republic of Komedy Laffhole show. I didn't trade with either of them. But they did trade with each other.

Jen Trades Me Hairy Lady for PigFace

Okay, first, I must say that I will never, ever, ever, in a million years be able to pronounce Jen's last name.

Never. It just won't happen. You could write it down phonetically and the closest I would get is Snufalupagus. And that's totally not right because her last name starts with 'M'. And it's a long one. She started saying it to me on Wednesday when we did our trade and I think she's just finishing up saying it now.

Gary Trades Me Punked Up Nuns for Time Machine Parts

Gary and Rosalie doin' a bARTer Sauce trade

Gary emailed me a few weeks ago -- forwarding me an email he got about bARTer Sauce in 2005.

His email basically said -- I'm cleaning out my inbox so I'm wondering if you still do this or if I can finally delete this. No go Gary. Can't delete it. I'm STILL doing this. To my surprise, he immediately offered me four Punked Up Nuns. They are very super-duper awesome.

Betsy Trades me Jar Grandma for Teeny Tiny Landscape Painted on a Pill

Two women, one dressed liked a lesbian farmer

Some of you - those who pay close attention and have magical psychic powers - may remember Betsy as the creator of the only skirt in existance to have caused a fight at the Punk Rock Flea Market.

Summary: My friend Sara bought a skirt for $5 that should have been mine and I got mad.

Read Sara's side of the story as well as my side ( I refer to my side as "The Truth").

Laura Trades Me Super Bright Kisses for Jazz Singer Who Tried to Eat Eric's Girlfriend

Laura and Rosalie doin' a Sauce trade

I love the fact that Laura chose the Jazz singer painting as what she wanted for Super Bright Kisses.

To my eye -- they're pretty similar. Same general color scheme. Big lips.

Marlow Trades me Evil Looking Doll Lamp for Vintage Cigarette Coupons

Marlow and JoDavid came to the studio to see Michael Frank's (the Curator-in-Chief of The Museum of Bad Art) presentation on the guildelines MOBA uses to select the paintings for their permanent collection.

Rebecca Trades Me Space Alien in Ship for Box of Lost Memories

Rebecca DeVere

My ever-annoying interview questions.

At least I actually thought of the interview questions this time and didn't try and make the person trading with me write their own weird questions and then answer them. I did that to Nik. Ha!

Q. Do you like sandwiches? If yes, what's your favorite kind?
A. I absolutely loved grilled sandwiches and I am a sandwich freak.

Rhiannon is one of our very good friends who we have grown so old with that we actually get together and play Bridge until 3am every Saturday night.

Woooooooo-hot-damn-party-people!

DOUBLE! REDOUBLE!

The fun never ends. Until one of the women cries or someone has to talk about Bridge night in couple counseling. Then, it's time to go home.

Rhiannon was kind enough to answer my odd and somewhat reduntant interview questions:

Q. Do you like cats?
