If you don't see me for who I am
I'm sorry.
I hide behind fantasies
Because I don't fit in.
I'm unique.
You call me strange.
I'm a dreamer.
The imagination is a trip
Into your very soul.
I'm the gatekeeper of dreams
And I won't let you in.
You bang on the iron bars
Of creativity
And the hollow clang
Bounces off your narrow head.
