"Clarence was a drunk, one of the best, until one day he got on his BMX bike and left his booze behind. But quitting drinking doesn't solve his problems. His boss is a jerk, his girlfriend leaves him and everything around him sucks. Now he's turned to stand up comedy to reforge the shattered pieces of his broken life and possibly rekindle an old flame. In the end, he realizes that punk bands hate the government and there's nothing funny about sobriety."
